Production Controller

Reports to: Director of Materials, Planning and Operations

Agusta Aerospace Corporation, an international helicopter manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Production Controller. This position is based at the company headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various production control activities including gathering data and creating reports in order to track progress of production, monitoring work orders and use of materials
• Create, maintain, and update operational production

plan, monthly production progress report, and monthly production cost charts, and daily production restraint reports

• Release production work orders according to Master Production Schedule
• Resolve material shortages
• Order un-planned production requirements

Qualifications

Education: HS diploma or equivalent

Experience: 2 years of experience in a related area

Skills – Required:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, MECAPP, and SAP
• A self-starter who has the ability to work independently from instructions or pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of monitoring production control

• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field from high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
