Lead Technician

Reports to: Second (2nd) Shift Assembly Line Supervisor

Agusta Aerospace Corporation, an international helicopter manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Lead Technician. This position is based at the company headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Assign task in a manner that is consistent with schedule requirements
• Provide schedule updates, through both written and oral communications
• Organize all work instructions on both job cards and all others
• Understand and utilize all management tools
• Provide feedback on performance to both technicians and management

Qualifications

Education: HS diploma or equivalent

Experience: 5 years in performing in a similar position with minimum one year in a lead role

Skills – Required:

• Experience in rotorcraft
• Ability to learn production control programs, i.e., MECAPP, SAP, etc.
• Strong PC skills

Skills – Preferred:

• Additional experience in rotorcraft and/or aerospace
• Former knowledge of MECAPP, SAP and other related software programs is highly desired but not required
